Toxic Organisations: An Exploration by Aman Zaidi

Toxic Organisations: An Exploration by Aman Zaidi.

The conversation around toxicity in organisations and its impact on working humans and on society is not a new one. Measures to address this toxicity have been discussed, and in limited measure, implemented. Although there has been some success, the number of stories and complaints about toxic organisations and managers does not seem to be dissipating.

Is there another approach? What are the root causes? If we can reveal them, then might we be able to imagine better solutions?

In this edition of Dialogic Drinks, Aman Zaidi will to present his thinking on the possible roots of toxicity in organisational and social systems. Participants are invited to reflect on the possible causes and discuss what solutions beyond the norm might address them.
