Uncertainty has surely been our friend… may be unwelcome ... in the past 2 years.

How many of us will dare to say I don’t know yet and I am willing to find out more? 

Most of our default is to avoid uncertainty and change, with many unknowns, inherently is viewed as uncertain. With transitions, there are many uncertainties and many unknowns, and thus fear and anxiety, are high. 

In the face of uncertainty, ambiguity how well do we have the capacity to not react, to tolerate ambiguity, to manage anxiety by not reacting immediately.
