Leadership, Rewritten: What Breaks, What’s Real, What Comes Next by Dr Richard Claydon.
Leadership is eroding—but not from apathy. It’s eroding from contradiction, incoherence, and exhaustion disguised as performance.
In this immersive dialogue-based event, we’ll explore:
• What happens when good people quietly step back
• Why systems reward the wrong behaviors while punishing the ones that matter
• How to tell when the system is broken and where to begin the rewrite
Each cycle includes a short provocation, deep small-group reflection, and a plenary sensemaking dialogue. You’ll leave with sharper language for what you’ve been feeling and a clearer map for what might come next.
