This Dialogic Drinks session will examine trends in democratic participation and pose questions about what the makeup of our social substructures is having on the future of democracy.
It will ask participants to reflect on the values aspect of how we create and engage in democratic acts not only in our political and social landscape but in environments where we spend most of our time- the workplace.
Ariel Ramirez-Stich is a citizen of the world, with a deep love of travel and a broad perspective shaped by her global experiences. As a practitioner in HR and Operations, she has a unique talent for action and enjoys building communities and facilitating meaningful dialogues that result in sustainable solutions. Her education in Political Science at Boston University and her MBA from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University in Scotland have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of business and human behavior.
