In the past we thought that successful transformation of communities/businesses/families (CBF) is achieved by picking the brightest men or women in the collective and giving them all the resources and all the power.

We need to find a better way to engage transformation in communities/businesses/families, so what is it that makes some communities/businesses/families successful at participative transformation?

How do we build a communal methodology or way of gathering a language set for collective transformation?
